Finca La Herediana grows and exports ornamental plants. Production is vertically integrated: all materials are grown, packed and exported by the company.
Besides the planted area, the farm has an automated nursery – rooting house – which allows for better quality plants, and a packaging warehouse where all export materials are prepared and boxed.
Finca La Herediana has its export permits up to date, granted by the Phytosanitary Department of the Ministry of Agriculture. It also has an export license granted by “Procomer” – Office for the Promotion of Foreign Trade – of the Ministry of Commerce.
The company also participates in the Clean Stock Program, designed for exporting Dracaenas ssp to the United States.
